TERMS

Please read these conditions carefully prior to using 999supplier.com. By using the Data
Southern Website you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by the terms herein.

Acceptance of the goods by the Buyer indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
given below.

Credit Accounts can be granted upon:
a) Government, Public Authorities and Voluntary Organisations submitting a written order that has been signed by the appropriate authority
b) Trade customers providing full company details with Bankers details, we will
expect receipt of two satisfactory trade references. We reserve the right to take up credit
references from agencies.

Credit account payment must be made within 28 days of the Invoice Date. Failure to comply
with these terms will incur interest, this will be charged at 6% over base rate on all overdue
amounts. No further orders will be accepted until overdue payments have been received and
cleared.

The Title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment has been received. All
Goods remain the property of Data Southern Enterprises until payment is received in full.

Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery

Data Southern Enterprises reserve the right to amend its prices without prior notice.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, on-line ordering carriage is inclusive, unless otherwise
stated and will be charged at the current rate, where applicable.

VAT exempt Customers must supply a VAT Exemption Certificate, Vat exemption
certificates must be supplied at initial order stage. The certificates will permit purchases for
one year, the onus is upon the organisation to ensure certificates are current. Where
certification has lapsed VAT will be applied to all purchases until such time as a new VAT
exemption certificate is presented.

Data Southern Enterprises accept no liability for the following:

(a) any goods considered damaged in transit unless such damage is reported to us
within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.
(b) defects or damage resulting from fair wear and tear, neglect, improper use by the
Buyer, or failure of the Buyer to comply with manufacturers instructions.
(c) goods which have been adjusted, altered, adapted or repaired.

Defects must be notified by the Buyer to Data Southern Enterprises within 3 working days of
delivery. Defective goods should be retained for assessment.

Returned Goods will only be accepted with prior consent of Data Southern Enterprises. A
handling charge of 15% will be applied to goods returned without authorisation

Returned Goods must be complete and within its original packing, where goods are returned
in a poor and deemed "Used" state which render those good un-saleable the Customer will be
liable for the full cost of those goods.

Bespoke orders (goods that are not normal SKU items) are non-returnable.
